Originally given to me by my ski coach, it has helped me understand how organizations operate effectively.
3 main steps:
Build Safety --> Show people they can say what they want
Vulnerabilities --> No one is perfect, stop acting like it
Purpose --> Why are we all here, hopefully for more than a salary
Given by my mom, outlines the 1% better each day. Gives a new meaning to progress.
The gift of sport is sometimes looking stupid in front of others (shows vulnerability!)
The "it clicked moment" or rapid improvement is built by a subtle process in practice
